Mass Court Apartments

My rent was raised $500 in three years, if I knew they had this practice, I wouldn't have moved in. Also, just pray nothing breaks (which it will) because it takes about 3 calls and three months to get anyone to tend to the problem. Police officers at FOP are heard outside in the street throughout the night / morning.

Apartment housing market is doing very well at the moment and all the area's new apartment buildings have raised their rents since opening up (it would not make any sense not to raise rents as this is after all a business not a charity). Mass Court is not rent controlled nor are most of the new apartment buildings in Washington DC.
