I am have been leasing for one year and half, with my husband, and everything has been great so far. We are young professionals so this type of building fits our lifestyle well. The location is great, the amenities good and the building in great shape. The leasing company is very professional and attentive as is their maintenance department. Once we had a clog in our sink and they came the next day and fix it. They respect people's privacy.The construction next door was a pain, but now that is over, things should be calm and easy again. They are great with pets, as this is one of the few buildings that accepts them. The concierge is helpful and professional as well. And best of all, is the relative frequent complimentary catering for special occasions or holidays they provide for their tenants which is always nice.
