I consider myself a fairly educated person and I did read a lot of the reviews about Mass Court prior to moving in a few months back. Based on my research it seemed like a few people had bad experiences and wanted to vent and that some of the postings were just rants. Well after this weekend I have to agree with most of what I read. The leasing agent assured us that a lot of what we read online was from disgruntled tenants. July 4th was a nightmare and in-between the noise drunks and vandalism we are ready to move out. We talked to the leasing office and that was the most disappointing part of the experience. They simply acted like it was our issue and that the rest of the building was fine although many other complained. They were short and were nowhere as cordial as they were when we were signing the lease. I agree with the other posts that expose Mass Court for what it is. The selling point about the pool and hot tub are misleading since they are often overrun by drunks and party goers who quite frankly make both the pool and hot tub hygienically defunct. I can t comment here on some of the things you can see in the hot tub on any given weekend. It s distasteful and unfair to mature individuals who simply want a comfortable place to live and relax. We will suffer through our lease as its way to much to break however we will move to either City Vista or Ashton Judiciary Square. Never again will I take the opinion of the sales agent over what I read on this site.
