Cheap rent but keep looking

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived in the Mass House about 6 years ago. Definitely a lot different than now. I've been back for over 2 years. I came back because I wanted to live in the city, the rents were sky high and the good ole Mass House was affordable and familiar. It has gone DOWN HILL. It is being managed by a woman that use to work at the front desk 6 years ago. Go figure.
Maintenance response is beyond poor, the staff are unprofessional, unreliable and are clearly there to collect a paycheck. Roaches/cockroaches are becoming a problem. The building is just run down.
