I lived in the Mass House for 5 years, and I have really enjoyed it. True, it's not the most hip or chi-chi place -- the renovations team could use some serious help. BUT the people are so friendly and real -- it is a nice community. My whole five years I've seen just 1 tiny cockroach. Maintenance has generally been responsive. There are occasional hot/cold water issues, but they are usually resolved relatively quickly. And, the price is right to be in this happening neighborhood, so convenient to everything. Overall, I've been quite pleased!
