Public areas of this building are not much to speak of (except the gym and pool, those are nice), but the rooms are large with huge windows and a reasonable rent. As much as I have griped about this building and its staff, I looked all around for another building, but this consistantly won on location, price, square footage, ammenities, and view. If you have to commute a while to get to work from this apartment, maybe you should look elsewhere as there are hipper neighborhoods, cheaper neighborhoods and better buildings, but this is the best value you'll find downtown.
