What a Wonderful Place to Live

I have lived in the Mass House now since 1995 and could not think of living anywhere else, I have had no problem with maintenance or the management office since Rhetta took over. The staff have let me modify my unit with Paint, new floors, closet doors and lighting. The Common areas could use a bit of a make over but it is still one of the better buildings in the area. All utilities are paid and parking is very cheap for downtown DC, I have no problems in saying LIVE HERE IT IS GREAT!!!!
