I really enjoy living at Mass. House. The location is unbeatable-walking distance from Gallery Place/Chinatown, Whole Foods at Logan Circle and Downtown Washington. I have not had any problems with pest infestation or loud noise. The people who work here are extremely nice and whenever I have a problem, the maintenance guys fix it right away. Furthermore, the rent is the cheapest that you will find in the neighborhood. I am really pleased with my stay thus far.
