Good Deal, Not So Clean

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I enjoyed my year stay there, the 2BR was huge compared to most of the rest of the city and I didn't feel unsafe there. The location was fairly convenient. Main problem was bugs, roaches specifically. And the fire station was a little annoying.

Overall though, it's a nice place for the money if you don't mind it being a little bit , umm, untidy.
