We went to rent a one-bedroom apartment at this
location and we received the most cruel and arrogant
treatment in our lifetime. The Assistant property
manager (Trisha Monteiro) was unable and very mean
when answering our questions. She stated that she
hates to answers the questions over and over again and
claiming that her apartment are rented fast and she
did not want to waste her time with us. We are foreign
students with full Scholarships and documents (support
documents) from our embassy that our apartment will be
paid fully by the Embassy. She said No that she needed
a co-signer and someone with a Social Security number.
Duh!!! We are foreigners we don't have social security
numbers. We offered copies of our passport and every
other official documents but she still wanted the
social security number. Another worth person in there
is her assistant at the front desk. Never, seen a
woman with such a bad attitude. She treated us like we
didn't exist. People like her should never be put at a
front desk to greet and meet customers. All her
answers were negative like No or you can't or I can't
help you. I wonder who put her there'' She even didn't
want to provide us with an application and wanted us
to wait for Trishia the assistant property manager to
come back from lunch, which was taking an hour to get
it from her.

An Advise, I will think about it twice before going
and renting there.

I live in this building and everthing they said is sad but so true. The management especially Trisha is no good, rude, and front desk person, totally mentally handicapped. I could say more, but it would take too long.

So TRISHA MONTEIRO and RIETTA TURNER SUCK!!! Seriously. The building is disguisting because management is disguisting. But here is the worst part. IF YOU SAW TRISHA YOU WOULD THINK ONE WORD: GOBLIN!!! YUCK. IF ANY MAN EVER TOUCHED HER SKIN, I BET HE WOULD MELT. SHE MAKES ME PUKE. THIS IS JUST HER APPEARANCE IM TALKING ABOUT. HER PERSONALITY IS WORSE. SHE LOOKS LIKE SHREK A LITTLE IN THE MOUTH. ONE TOOTH. NASTY VOICE. I JUST THREW UP I HAVE TO STOP TALKING ABOUT HER. BUT RIETTA IS WORSE. SHE IS NOT AS UGLY BUT SHE IS LIKE SERENA WILLIAMS IF THATS YOUR TYPE. WELL HERE ARE A FEW FACTS WORTH NOTING. SHE IS UNDER 40, YET SHE IS A GRANDMOTHER!!!! HER CURRENT BOYFRIEND IS AN EX CONVICT. IT IS WELL KNOWN THAT SHE LIVES BEYOND HER MEANS AND HER SECOND JOB INVOLVES GOING OUT WITH MEN FOR 80 BUCKS A NIGHT OR 200 BUCKS A NIGHT.(IT SEEMS OBVIOUS WHY THE PRICES MIGHT DIFFER - IN RELATION TO WHAT THE BUYER IS GETTING). YUCK. IM MOVING OUT AS SOON AS I CAN - THEY MAKE ME NAUTIOUS.
