Cockroaches, useless doormen, and idiotic rental office

I found cockroaches in my apartment the day I moved in. The exterminator has come but I still have cockroaches. Not worth living in a doorman building because the doormen do not do anything. I have seen them sleeping on the job. When I have visitors, the doormen never stop them. Anyone can come into the building. Not to mention that many of the doormen are rude and condescending if you ask them to do anything. Trisha in the rental office is utterly incompetent and very difficult to work with. I got a parking spot and had to pay for it in advance, but halfway through the month I still did not get a garage key or clicker (after hounding her) so had to go to the front desk to have them open the garage for me every time I want to enter or exit the building- and walk through the garage from outside to get to my car. The rent is a steal for the neighborhood but you pay for it with horrible service.
Also there is a fire station across the street.
