I have lived in mayfair for 4 years since I have been there my car windows have been broken about 3 times, my car hit and run, and blongings stolen out of my car. maintenance is pretty good aobut responding after you call the rental office more than 5 times and bug them enough. The bathrooms attract mold every other week. I can say that the building that i live in is probably the best of all that are in the complex because I have all elderly just about. So I have no complaint about noise. There is a lot of crime in the area but thats every where some we see and some we don't see. One more thing the grounds are clean all the time landscaping is also great Thanks but I gotta go.
