This property has came a long way but still has a long way to go.. 1st the contruction its the worst the displace you the just treat you like dont even matter. They gave no 30day notices to the residents. They put you in these BAD areas.... They just dont CARE!!!! RUSH JOB!!!!!!!! The Staff they are rude noone wants to help.. they dont answer the phone let the machine pick up. they are the worst group of people ive ever rented from... You cant even call the Corp. office you still dont get any help.. Noise OMG!! It is out of control, Every Night, but on the weekends it's HEL-!!! They say they have Security, but you never see them unless you go by the construction, so are they there just to protect the materials or the residents' There have been SIX people Shot two fatal just in this month.....

Honestly speaking, I totally agree with this tenant. Management seems not to care about nothing now, but MONEY!!! We constantly have to call METRO POLICE because there is NO SECURITY; NO LIGHTS; NO LOCKS ON THE DOORS; THE BUILDINGS ARE NOT CLEANED ON A DAILY BASIS; DRUGS ARE ON THE RAMPAGE; KIDS ARE OUT OF CONTROL; VANDALISM OF BUILDINGS IS JUST HORRIBLE AND PETS, WELL YOU CAN NOT SLEEP AT NIGHT FOR HOLLOWING DOGS

If you really care about where you live please report this to your office so that manaagement can address these problems. I work in this field and I hear this a lot but my resident works with the manaagement team and the police to improve the environment and community~!
