Hi, I dont have time to do a long review..but although the staff was nice/attentive(giving me directions,etc), once i got in the general area(blocks from the complex) and at the property, i saw that it was NOT a good area. There was an abundance of people just standing around in the parking lot..doorways of the apartment buildings...some were "rough" looking people. Im not accustomed to middle class neighborhoods really, but i've never lived in a place that was like That/Meadowbrook Run. If you've ever been to/lived in Richmond,VA, Meadowbrook Run pretty much had a Mosby Court type atmosphere. I didnt even bother to go in and talk with the ladies that helped me with the directions. But since they were Nice,and called my cell phone after i didnt show up, i thanked them for their assistance,and told them that i was going to look for an apartment in a different area. Im sure they understood.

As i recall, they gave me a quote of about $695 for a 1 Bdrm there. The (outside of the)buildings looked decent and the lawn looked manicured, but those were about the only good things i had seen.

At a different complex (Marbury Plaza), i saw tenants outside holding signs that read stuff like ..their electricity was cut off..you can look up my comment under Marbury's reviews.
