Beware of smiling faces. Although a few of the ladies in the leasing office are nice and cordial, behind the scenes something strange is going on there. I received two rent increase notices within 3-4 months of each other. I was told that I had not paid rent when, in fact, my bank told me that Meadowbrook leasing office had run my check through electronically and then took it to the bank and tried to process it again, so my checking account was charged for one month's rent, twice. And yes, they have rodents (the building hallwall I live in is always very dirty -sticky and all kinds of stuff all over the stairs). Evidently the system there is broken. HELP someone please come and fix it.
