I and my husband just moved in these apartments in February of this year. We live in building 3522 otherwise known as the SMOKEHOUSE!!! The apartment is very nice, very spacious and of course we had to make management manup when it came to fixing things in the apartment. I love the way my apartment is set up. BUT! The noise level is to high. If you have an infant don't move here. I live in a 3 bedroom here and the rent is $950, but would you belive that for that much you can only sleep in about 1 or 2 rooms. Simply because you have people constantly stomping back and forth over your head or the constant laughter, and music playing next door to you at 11pm on into 3 and 4 am in the morning so much that you can't even sleep. Most of the people in my building don't work or at least the ones next door to me and over top of me. They hang out all day long smoking weed and sleeping. When I come home from work I'm supposed to tip-toe in my bedroom so that they along with their bastard children can sleep. I have complained, complained. Now I'm just leaving. I don't ever want to move into another property owned by William C. Smith. I can't believe that they would even raise anybodies rent at Meadowbrook Run when you can't even rest and relax in your own home.
