It's a fabulous location with a nice staff, a pool for the summer, a gym (I rarely have problems getting a machine), and nice views of the city. Sure, it's not perfect, but any problems we've had have been promptly addressed, and in general, we are really pleased with the place. Location is key.

WRITE LIKE YOU'RE NOT 14, jkotyus. Anonymous, don't mind jkotyus--he, like all the others, has accused me numerous times of being management but is too chicken to actually email me at the address I've provided to tell them I'm not management. It's like he (and the others) don't want to find out anything that might ruin their world view and show them that their negative experience is just one experience. Just because they complain doesn't make me presume they are management from a competing building, trying to trash our building. Why do they assume that of us?
