I am a resident here. Today I received a paper that we need to clean the windows by a company and our sliding window will only be permitted to open for 6 inches wide. Please imagine: at the beginning of the Summer, the management urged you to nearly close the windows with only 6 inches's wide. I guess that the management has some agreement with Pepco to enforce the residents to use the AC all day and night. Even with AC, I believe that you want some fresh air. But with only 6 inches, you can' With such rediculars rule, do you still want to move in'
We have also a problem of noise. We face to south to an senior residence. The central AC machine produce an inbelievable noise every second. We have an one-bed room apartment. But due to the noise we have never been sleeping in that bed room. Horrible experience.
