I'd have to agree with the previous poster (smoke and mirrors). The building looks superficially nice -- then you notice how cheap everything is, how bad the layout design is, how flimsy the appliances, how scuffed the walls are becoming. The management is atrocious, too -- unpleasant, patronizing, petty, unhelpful... I could go on. Avoid this place.
