I just moved in and so far I am pleased with the Meridian. The location and apartments sell themselves, so I didn't really expect great service. The helpfulness of the concierge is really hit and miss, with a few guys who should be gone. The apartment is high quality. I had one maintenance issue in the first week and they fixed it on the same day that I submitted the complaint. Not bad, especially for DC, the city of northern hospitality with southern efficiency.
