I moved to this property without seeing it in person or meeting the leasing staff before signing my lease. I only viewed it's floorplans and amenities online. I reviewed other residents ratings and I have no clue what the negative reviews are for. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean. They look new. No luxuries such as wood floors or granite countertops but they are still nice. The office staff was extremely helpful over the phone. In person, they are very professional and polite. That is from the agents in the leasing office, the concierge desk, to maintenance. My maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours of submitting them online. The apartment and staff are nice. It's the residents that for the most part are not friendly and keep to themselves. The reception lobby, gym and computer room are really nice. There is even a dry cleaners on site and a small convenience store. There is a CVS within walking distance. So far, I love it. It's extremely quiet and everything works!!! I have no parking issues.
