Mostly safe -- [building is safe, however, outside neighborhood can be questionable.
Building staff are not accomodating and no benefits for those of us who are responsible; compared to the majority of young (twenty-thirty year olds) who like to party and afford rent via multiple persons per residence.
Cheap carpet and paint in apartments -- high rent and parking fees -- noisy neighborhood.
