I've lived here for three years, and I love it. The doormen are fantastic--I don't know why anyone would complain about the fact that they are good at their jobs and conscientious. Part of the reason I decided to live here is that it is a safe building--I appreciate the fact that they "hassle" strangers who make their way into the building. The maintenance guys are great, too--you can make service requests online, and I've never waited more than 1 business day for them to make a repair. Another great benefit of the building is that there are two guest apartments (one 1-br, one 2-br) that can be rented by the night, if you ever have guests come into town.

If you're a 24-year-old law student and looking for an off-campus dorm in which you can have parties every weekend, look elsewhere. If you're an adult who is looking for a great apartment building in a fantastic location, look no further.

how about if you came home after school one day, brought with you 5 friends to play pool into the clubroom, and the doorman shows up telling you you have too many guests?? You then tell him there is no published policy about guests and nothing posted. The next day you get a bill for 450$ for renting the clubroom for 3 hours. Keep in mind you were NEVER told youd be charged during the incident. Sounds really wonderful, doesnt it? Since then, the tenant handbook has been amended to include the limitation of guests. After fighting with managment, they agreed to lower the "FINE" by half. Wow, what a bargain. Add to the fact a new rule this summer was NO GUESTS in the pool area. Thats right, NONE. Again, wonderful!
