This is the worst place I've ever lived! Don't do it! I have lived a lot of places and I have never felt compelled to write a review especially a bad one, but the Miramar definitely warrants my time. I concur with all the previous postings. The roach infestation is TERRIBLE!!! Roaches, roaches, roaches, and more roaches. They come in big small and medium. The place has rodents also!!! Don't let management fool you and lure you into believing that if you keep an immaculate apt, you won't have a problem. That is a LIE!!!
The office staff is sometimes rude and abrupt and will try to shift the blame on you if something goes wrong with your apt. Huh, go figure'!' While the rent is cheap near the Dupont area, IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Even the extremely desperate should not move here.

Again, I am fairly easy to please as far as apartments are concerned, but this is unnacceptable. I have contemplated turning them in to the Housing Bureau.
This review is not far-fetched, fabricated, or exagerated. This is an honest review that be should taken seriously.
