I am a current resident here at the Miramar Apartments. I have been living here since March 2004 and yet, there have been some issues with the building, I would never put blame entirely on the staff (at least not the leasing consultant). Here in the past week, we were informed of a brake-in in the building. Yes, there are times when the door is broke (but those things happen), but when the tenants who live in the buildings come in and out of the building all day long and let anyone who is standing around the door in, how can we blame the building/ staff, we can only blame ourselves. As far as other issues in the building ie the elevators and boiler system, it did take a very long time for us to have HOT water (over 6-weeks) however, once again do we blame the staff or does that blame go to the main office. Everyone is so quick to lay blame on the office personal or engineer, when they do all that they can do. Most of the times, certin jobs has to be approved by the main office, if they want to do things the cheap way, they WILL drag there feet, Mr Property Manager (I bet you didn't know that, did you). Now, don't get me wrong, Miramar apartment have ther far share of issues and there are times, when the office staff could be a little more patient to everybody, but that is not all the time. I
