I have lived here a while now, and the two management staff, consisting of the leasing consultant and the manager behave with the tenants like prison guards might behave with inmates. They couldn't care less about their own duties and lie through their teeth if confronted with their missteps. They always try to shift the blame on the tenants and try to find excuses like flimsy "lease violations" to either evict or threaten to evict those tenants whom they do not like. The roach problem is horrible all over, the post office no longer picks up any mail, the common areas are not kept up properly, the front door lock is broken every once ina while, there is often nobody in the management office and the office often opens much later than the stipulated time. For a while. the tenants had a good tenant's association going, which collected, compiled and distributed residents' complaints, which were numerous. They used to meet every month. The most important people behind the association were haraassed and they moved out. Since then, the association has managed to meet only rarely and have not managed to accomplish anything.

The management has also been playing a "divide and rule" game, where they behave very nicely with some new tenants to try to get at least a few people on their side. Their favorites sometimes also has to do with memebers of their own race.
