This place is a really good value. If you are a student at sais or a young professional, this place is worth it. I was a paralegal and was able to walk to work. The location is great, as it has been said in previous reviews.
Pros: -cheap rent (I was paying 858 and now 904 for a studio on the second floor).
-new management is doing a relatively good job of improving the place (I.e. Computer room, fitness center, etc)
-relatively quiet
-no major pest issues. I'm on the second floor and have seen cockroaches occassionally. It's been pretty reasonable, and I hate roaches.
-many of the units are renovated. When I moved in last June, I had all new appliances, as well a fresh layer of paint, etc.
-location is sweet.
Cons: -construction lately has been a problem. I wake up between re hours of 11 and 12 these days (currently unemployed), and construction wakes me up. This not a problem in the early morning or at night though.
-I've heard of crime being a problem but I've never had an issue.
-no holding place for packages so they are delivered to your apartment. Packages could get stolen but I haven't had anything stolen. Ship important packages to your workplace if possible. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
