The Building has a serious mice and roach problem. The management does little or nothing to address it or take preventative measures. The building recieves building violations from DCRA on almost a weekly basis, which amount to nothing I can notice. Some, but not all of the tenants contribute to the problems with the building as it has a history having a lot of drug dealing/using going on there. The apartment sizes are good, but beware there is a high cost for such low rent prices in such a great developing location. I enjoy paying such low rent for a proper non basement one bedroom, but regret signing a lease without really looking into the condition of the place.
