BEST KEPT SECRET

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO WORK DOWNTOWN. STREET PARKING IS SCARCE BUT YOU CAN GET A SPACE IN THE UNDERGROUND GARAGE. EACH UNIT HAS W/D, MICROWAVE, WALL TO WALL. THE SCENERY IS THE BOMB (HOWARD UNIV.) HAS A HOUSING PROGRAM THERE. I LIVED THERE 4-5 YEARS AGO BEFORE THE NEW CONVENTION CENTER BEGAN CONSTRUCTION. I'VE HEARD THAT THE RENT WENT UP SINCE IT'S COMPLETION. I WOULD LOVE TO MOVE BACK THERE BUT THE WIFE AINT HAVING IT.
