Aesthetically Better, Customer Service WAAAAY Down From: Kimberly260 Date posted: 9/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   Second time posting - customer service has totally declined - repairs that used to be performed in two days are now taking four to six weeks. WTF'! Paying more and getting less!!
