Improving But Still Sloppy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The weight room opened in December, after months of promises. But there still is no concierge and the management people tell us that the owners aren't giving them straight answers. Why there's so much confusion I do not know. One annoyance is that I learned that Mount Vernon listed me as being late on my rent. WHAT'!!! I pay a few days early evry time and I never bounce checks. So what happened' They mismarked their records. Like I said- sloppy. I don't have a car so I don't know how good parking is, though I know there is a lot in the basement.
