My neighbors are great. I love that the building is so international (though changing quickly via gentrification). The apartments themselves are fine unless there is a problem, ie.:

My bedroom is 40 degrees and reaches 90 in the summer. This is an ongoing problem and I am fed up. Maintenance may get around to it but i've been complaining for 2 years. The only time anyone responded remotely, was after i told them i was having outside contractors come in and fix the place (he said it was the easiest 20 minute job). Management is far from adequate.

The construction, which starts at 7am monday through saturday, shakes everything, including my bed. Makes it hard for someone who works nights to sleep during the day. By 2006 the neighboring construction will have stopped but in the meantime, it is horrible.

The waitlist for parking is over a year long.
