Where is clutter defined' When is this a violaton of one's privacy' What is that they need to inspect' Not making sense. Are the House Rules really the Community Rules' If so, there is nothing in the community rules regarding clutter and management inspecting the apartments. Is there someone in the DC government that can be called' I think they started the Tenant Advocacy group' I received a clutter memo also and am waiting for them to tell me specifically what their problem is. Wonder if I will get an answer.
