Mount Vernon Plaza Apartments

Site Manager Shondra is RUDE RUDE RUDE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I lived at that building for 2 years. The first year I had a HUGE mice and roach issue. I had a maid come in every other week. I worked 10 hour days, traveled a lot for work, and had a long distance boyfriend. Needless to say I was never there and the apt was clean but still had a rodent and roach issue. I complained to management (Shondra) and she basically told me to put down poison. They really did NOTHING to rectify the issue. I complained to this Shondra about other things and she was rude. She left like harrassing and ignorant letters at my apartment and EVEN had the nerve to call my office one day to harrass me. This is all in retaliation for my letters to the Regional Manager about her behavior and her lack of response on the rodent and roach issue. I moved out and I have never been happier. There are some bright spots: low rent, the security guards are extremely nice and helpful, --- and Carol in the management office are both great to work with and VERY nice. The on site property manager is just the worse human being I have ever encountered.
