I lived at that building for 2 years. The first year I had a HUGE mice and roach issue. I had a maid come in every other week. I worked 10 hour days, traveled a lot for work, and had a long distance boyfriend. Needless to say I was never there and the apt was clean but still had a rodent and roach issue. I complained to management (Shondra) and she basically told me to put down poison. They really did NOTHING to rectify the issue.
I complained to this Shondra about other things and she was rude. She left like harrassing and ignorant letters at my apartment and EVEN had the nerve to call my office one day to harrass me. This is all in retaliation for my letters to the Regional Manager about her behavior and her lack of response on the rodent and roach issue.
I moved out and I have never been happier. There are some bright spots: low rent, the security guards are extremely nice and helpful, --- and Carol in the management office are both great to work with and VERY nice. The on site property manager is just the worse human being I have ever encountered.

I agree. I think she got fired cuz I still live here. She was rude to me too. I moved in 4 years ago. It costs like $35 for an application fee which I paid to Carol. You have to pay with money order. Two years later, I get a notice from Shondra that they never received my payment for the fee. Are you kidding me? Isn't that why they asked for a money order? I didn't think I could move in if they didn't receive the payment. So I have a talk with Shondra in her office, and she has the NERVE to tell me that I should of kept a receipt. I told her, "Are you joking? It's been 2 years. If you lost records of payment, that's not my fault." She threatened that she would take it to court and I would get evicted. WOW. I argued with her back and forth and she actually told me that I should keep a receipt no matter how long ago it was. I was like, "It's $25! Every time I dine out I spend more than that! Why would I need to keep every receipt like that for 2 years!" Geez, my Pizza Hut delivery orders are sometimes more than that. I just paid her the stupid fee again, and a year later she wasnt there any more. The rudest person indeed. I'm moving out at the end of my lease this October.
