Mt. Vernon Plaza has a huge roach and mice problem. They are filthy; They raise the rent every year and provide low-maintencance. I pay 1600.00$/month for a one bedroom that is filled with roaches and mice EVERY week. No one should live in Mt. Vernon Plaza until they provide the service we pay for!

i'm planning on moving to mount vernon. what floor do you live on? is this on every floor?

You are probably causing more roaches due to yall damn house being so dirty, and so what if the rent went up get a damn job and pay it because you dont want to be out on the streets. What would you rather do... have a roof over your head and just kill the roaches or get some boric acid ( powder that kills insects etc.) or live on the streets in a box begging for change. GET A GRIP!
