Insects/Mice From: oneveryupsettenant Date posted: 7/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007 2 responses   Mt. Vernon Plaza has a huge roach and mice problem. They are filthy; They raise the rent every year and provide low-maintencance. I pay 1600.00$/month for a one bedroom that is filled with roaches and mice EVERY week. No one should live in Mt. Vernon Plaza until they provide the service we pay for!
