Been at Jefferson at Capitol Yards since January 2009. Great place to live. Have moved every 2-3 years because of work, this is by far one of the top apartment complex I have lived at. Quiet, excellent value for your money, great staff and location.

Great Place to Live I moved in at the end of March. It's a pretty chill building with a lot of great residents. My apartment is nice and I love the fact that no one has lived in there before. Metro is close by and it's a cheap cab ride from most of the places you're gonna be.

Elevators Don't Work! Having lived in this building since June the first month everything was fine. The last two months have been a nightmare. The ELEVATORS DON'T WORK!
There are 3 Elevators for 12 Floors and 250 units. One of those is the Loading Dock so really there are only 2. On
