Very Clean Kept apartments/grounds/professional staff

I resided at 30th Street Naylor Gardens Apartments. The grounds are very well kept the buildings are clean. When you have a maintenance problem the staff is very prompt in responding. Security is always visible, friendly and available to assist you at all times. The staff was always friendly, professional and considerate, although they seemed to be very busy assisting residents/customers. Spacious apartments. Nice hardwood floors, fresh paint job on walls when you move in. Laundry facilities on the basement floor of each building.
Downside: bathroom and kitchen sinks are outdated. Going to the laundry facilities on the basement level can be a little scary because it isn't very well lit. No central air you have to have your own airconditioning and you have to pay an annual fee to run it in your unit.
