I just moved in a little over a month ago and I love the place and would recomment it to anyone looking to move to a quite, well kept environment. I am neighbors to a police officer, an old couple, and a group of young respectful men that live above me and I fell safe in my comings and goings. This is a great starter out apartment and it is just me from pricing, to style but the only issue that I have is that I live right on Naylor Road and the traffic is murder when trying to park your car. I have to get home early and leave my car if I were to go out because I fear I will not have ANY parking space when I return.

I moved to Naylor Gardens about 3 years ago I wouldn't recommmend Naylor Gardens as a good place to live. The Staff discriminates on young couples and offer little to no assistance for young couples trying to live in a decent neighborhood. There have been quite a few couples who went through the exact ordeals as us I think someone needs to stop them from what there doing. We are two hardworking adults and shouldn't be put in the category as young people but looked at as individuals and adults. We don't loiter bring any noise or problems to the building or property but are treated like we do because were young. The communcation in the rental office is very poor. The laundry rooms are very scary and need to be updated along with the kitchen and the shifting foundations in the units. I'am currently looking for a new place to live because my hard earned money shouldn't go a company who discriminates against there tenants because I'am not over 40. They need to get it together and fix the parking situation and improve the security because when something happens to your car nobody see Anything!!!!!!!!!!!

If you were discriminated against how would you know so much about the problems that Naylor Gardens supposedly faces? You weren't discriminated against because of your age or lack of knowledge, they have specific criteria to qualify applicants. I like that so that we don't have so many ignorant people here. A young couple, old couple, single person, or family is more than welcome....all you have to do is work on your credit, income and have good rental. Get your facts together, then make a comment.
