If you're looking for a nice, quiet, well-kept place to live, don't rent from Naylor Gardens. The foundations of the buildings are shifting as they were built on soot and sand. This has caused severe cracks in walls and floors in my building. I often wonder how safe the building really is. The laundry rooms are filthy and disgusting. The one in my building used to have bathrooms. On even a mildly rainy day, the drainage backs up and I have seen feces floating in the water that floods the entire basement. Alerting management to this issue only results in sending maintenance, usually many days later, to drain the water. To this day, the sewage problem has not been fixed. In the summer months, the stench is unbelievable. The management staff is apathetic, and far less than mediocre. It's always a trial and tribulation to have to deal with them. They have very poor communication skills, and are extremely unprofessional. Break-ins/vandalism to basements, laundry rooms, vehicles and storage areas are as common as a daily sunrise. Naylor Gardens does employ a security company. The qualifications of the security employees are very questionable. My experiences with the "security" force has been less than helpful.
