I have lived in Naylor Gardens Apartments for over 11 years. It is convenient, CLEAN, affordable and practicle. Utilities are included not to mention you have your own large storage room, trash deposit, and laundry room in each building. Buildings are secure (locked) at all times and security is on the premises. This is a diverse community and it has beautiful landscaping that is always kept up by contractors for the property. I noticed that another individual mentioned a roach problem. I have been in my unit for 11 years and I have NEVER so much as seen a roach or a mouse for that matter. I think that may be a personal issue. Sorry!

Apparently, you must reside by the rental office. I have lived in Naylor Gardens for 1 year now, and I have seen about 5-6 waterbugs. I contacted the rental office, and they stated residents complain about waterbugs in the Spring after it rains. The maintenance department placed glue traps on the floors, and stated the waterbugs are harmless. The rent at NG is cheap and affordable, but the apartments are so old. I would think after receiving rent from all of the tenants they could at least renovate the place. I'm sorry but I don't think you live in NG, I think you are part of the rental office staff.
