I have lived in naylor gardens since feb of 2009. The location is convenient to the entire DMV. I can can get to Northern Va or downtown usually in 10-15 min with MD minutes away. The grounds are maintained routinely and buildings are as well. All utilities are included and apartments are pest free. My only concern going in was no central A/C. In the summer my one window unit did well and in the winter the radiators are more than warm. Parking and better laundry facilities is the only gripe, which is a small trade in respect to what I gain. Highly recommended hands down, and I don't make generous recommendations.
