Broken elevators, leaking ceilings, mice, roaches, you name it. This building has it all, and is all but neglected by management. That may have changed in recent weeks, but it will take some time to tell.

With that caveat, you get a lot for your money here. Spacious split-level apartments in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. I've lived here over two years and have no intention of moving any time soon.
