Magor Rat and Mouse, caught 41 in a year!

I have lived here for 6 years and since August of 2006, this management company is noting but slumlords. I have killed 41 rats and mice since August of 06 with my last one being 3 weeks ago!. I have written to the mayor, DCRA, landlord tenant court, the tenants advocacy office, and Still Gelman Management Co, with Mike Lorenzo, nick pitsch as property managers and antonice goodson as thier lawyer don't even let you get to present evedience in court with thier leagal moves. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THE MANAGEMENT CO.

This is absolutely wrong. I have been living there for 6 months and never seen a rodent or a roach.
