I lived here for 2.5 years and finally moved out after the flooding floor (yes floor!!) and enormous hole in the wall were not fixed after EIGHT months. I contacted not only building management, but also Gelman Company management several times and EVERY single time I tried to contact the president of the company (at least four times), he was in court. What do you think that says about the crappiness that is the Newport West and Gelman Company' Thieves, liars, and overall horrible people. Drive by sometime and look up -- you will see that one of the existing tenants has a big sign in the window that says "RATS! DO NOT LIVE HERE". I just saw it last week. The only pro was location, but after having maintenance steal my credit card, I was ready to move out immediately.
