I have lived at the Newpot West for over a year now with no regrets or problems. The building management - especially the office manager Tyaishia have been nothing but profesional and helpful. Since the head of maintence moved into the building at the begging of the year the one repair that I have needed happened quickly. I haven't had any bad experiences with any of the maintenence people, but instead found them very prompt and helpful. Location is great and the price is very reasonable for the size of the appartments. I would definatly recomend. In terms of a rodent problem I have not seen any or indications of any in my apparment. When I first moved in a saw occational bugs, but i put out poison and traps and have not seen any since. In reference to the elevator problems major repairs seem to be under way - which has one elevator at a time out of service the new elevators are a welcome addition to the building.

Since you obviously cannot spell, maybe your review is not right. Funny how you spelled Tyaishia right?

I have also been living at the Newport West for over 6 months and would definetly agree with the 1st post. What has the spelling of a name got to do with it? How ridiculous.
