Great Place - No Complaints

The Olympia has been a great place to call home for the last 10 months. The staff, (especially the building manager, Kim) has been wonderful as well. The location could be better as Columbia Heights is in a transition period, but it is located close to the metro. You cannot find nicer apartments in an apartment complex for the price.
