This place is such crap that it is pathetic! There is a terrible rodent problem, insects, and the maintenance is a joke. They give you the cheapest carpet that I have ever seen and charge you for it per month if you wish to have it. I have seen drug dealers (who live there) doing their business in the open. Majority of the children that terrorize the buildings, cars, and landscape don't even live there and nothing has been done about it. Rent increase is every year and for what, I do not know. If you call maintenance for a problem, nine times out of ten it will get done sometime within the year! This has been one of the worst living experiences I have ever been in and you would think that from all of the money that I paid to live here that you would get better service. The mice are so bad that they become frequent guest or family members! And the AC, heat, and water (which you do not pay and do not control) is a guess whether or not it will be working during the times that you need it.
