Excellent place to live, lock buildings, camera, low crime rate, great community enviornment, plenty of parking space, swimming pool, laundry in every building. This property does not have a rodent problem. This property has regualr pest control service and when the surrounding areas start digging, this property takes the necessary steps to ensure we don't become infestives with rodents. I am very pleased with the staff, the communinity the lack of rodents and the comfortability of Oxford Manor, if you can't live at Oxford Manor you can't live in DC. Every home and/or apartment in DC has had a mouse...The rents are affordable and the apartments are large, with all utilities included, walk in closets... The next best thing to owning your own home, when you leave Oxford you should be buying a home, if you are into Apartment living this is the place for you..... Resident Association is always having various function for the kids and the community at large, including an annual adult pool party
