I have been a resident here for 3 years, and I love my place. My building mainly resides older people, and up until a few months ago, i believe i was the youngest in the building. All my nieghbors are freindly..only expecy this new young chick..but anyhow, the area is great, a kid-I have been a resident here for 3 years, and I love my place. All my neighbors are freindly...only except this new young chick...but anyhow, the area is great, a kid-friendly environment, play areas in about all the courts, all day ice cream truck, store near by, both are so convenient. I plan to stay here, and get a two bdrm, if I can??t find anything better and affordable for me and my child, but my worse fear will be put in a building that??s just off the hook. Now the down falls are--car possibly being broke into or someone trying to steal it, but I may say that??s it. You make the best out of where you live and the less complaints you will have.

I am thinking of renting an apt at paradise. the apt looks very nice and spacious on the inside. However what is going down on the outside. I was told by a friend that the neighborhood is getting better. can someone pls inform? Thanks

STOP THAT LIE, OR WHO DO YOU THINK YOUR KIDDING!!!!!! PARADISE @ PARKSIDE IS A NIGHTMARE. MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE! IT'S SAD TO SAY THIS, BUT THE ONLY MAINENANCE PEOPLE WHO COME ON TIME, GET THINGS DONE PROPERLY AND SHOW THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE ARE THE "MEXICAN/HISPANIC." HOWEVER, THEY ARE ONLY ASSIGNED TO PAINTING. NOW TAKE NOTE OF THE REMAINING INFORMATION: THE ONLY TIME YOU DON'T HEAR ANY NOISE IS EARLY, EARLY, EARLY MORNING (4AM-6AM). OTHERWISE, IT'S NOISY: STRANGE PEOPLE IN THE PARKING LOTS FIXING THEIR CARS, KIDS RUNNING AROUND THE COMPLEX, A FEW BIKERS REVING UP AND RACING THEIR MOTORCYCLES, KIDS FIGHTING, STRANGERS WALKING AROUND SEEING WHO'S CAR THEY CAN BREAK INTO, PEOPLE KICKING THE FRONT OUTSIDE DOORS (instead of ringing bell) TO GAIN ENTRY, NEIGHBORS HANGING OUT OF THEIR WINDOWS, NEIGHBORS SITTING IN HALLWAYS SMOKING DOPE, NEIGHBORS BLASTING THEIR MUSIC AND TV'S ALL NIGHT LONG! WHAT A CONTINUOUS NIGHTMARE FROM HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I THANK GOD THAT HE PROTECTED ME, MY CAR, PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND MY LIFE EVERYDAY WHEN I LIVED AT PARADISE.
