The complex is very nice. Mary who was the maintenance assistant is very missed. I
understand that she was assigned a different task. If only she could control the
entire complex. charles the maintenance supervisor also does a good job.
The lawns are nice. Residence should stop complaining, it is up to them to keep
their neighborhood clean. The management office does not threw beer cans and trash all over the develpment. This is our neiborhood and we should not let outsiders
ruin our lifestyle. My building is also clean however I blame the neighbors for a lot of the wrong doings. Thanks CT Management BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I have been a resident here for 8yrs. Yes, the complex is beautiful. I love my spacious apartment. The downside, we can not pick our neighbors like we can not pick family; my neighbors should take more pride in maintaining our grounds, hallways, and the trash that their children just throw beside the dumpsters, instead of putting it inside. Management could do more also. My apartment is on the first floor. So to make sure that when I step outside my door into a filty hallway, I sweep and mop on a regular basis. I use to feel ashame to allow co-workers to bring me home because I was afraid as to what the halls could look like. In my here 8yrs. here, my apartment has never been painted. Inspite my several request to the Maintence Office. Oh! Never choose an apartment on the gound level. Why, raw sewage has come up out of my kitchen sink twice since in two yrs. Never accept an apartment in front of the dummpster, in the summer it stinks, and rats run rapid. The neighbors never let the front door maintain locked. Their children will not or are not given keys. They bang, kick, and scream through the windows for someone to let them in. Finally, this complexe has history of being hostaged by drug dealers in the early 80's and 90's; at onetime it was called the "killing field" on the streets. Progress has been made but my building is a social lounge for smoking blunts and sipping on forties. The illegal hall patron leave their tobacco from the cigars on the floor and empty beer bottles just where they stood. Thank God for $1.00 Stores. I have a special broom, pick-up pan and plenty trash bags to clean up after their sessions. If the sessions run to long, I break out with the bleach mixed with ammonia as soon as they clear out for a minute. The smoke travels inside my living room so strong as if they were passing me a "hit". Enough is Enough. But hopefully, our youths will get their act together. If they could learn from their parents mistake; put down the blunt and pick-up a book. Ms. Mary is our jewel. No matter what management group is put over their in that office, I call on Ms. Mary because I know my complaint, request, or whatever I need will be handled professionally and prompt. Paradise at Parkside is a beautiful community with futuristic potential. I want to stay but cleaning up after my neighbors is taking a toll.
